RETURNS AND EXCHANGE
We pay very close attention to detail and carefully inspected all our products before they are shipped. We securely pack and ship our products to ensure they arrive safe and sound.
However, if for any reason you are not happy with your product, we will offer a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened products returned within 14 days of purchase. You may also exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.
We are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on used or opened products. Please note we do not accept any returns for items purchased from our stockists. You will need to contact them directly to arrange for return or exchanges.
In the event the package is damaged. We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment only if proof of damage is submitted to Ahloki Company within 7 days of delivery. photographic proof can be emailed to support@ahloki.co.uk
Please note the buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items. Once a product is shipped to us, the buyer is required to provide proof of shipment to ensure the product does not get lost in transit.

Please contact customer service via phone or email for a RAN before returning the item(s). You may reach us at support@ahloki.com

Make sure to pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Kindly note that we are only able to exchange or refund goods that are returned to us in their original unopened form and in a resalable condition.

Please include on your internet invoice (emailed printout) of the RA number emailed to you by our team. Please remember that in order for the return to be processed you must ensure that the goods are wrapped securely in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

Please return your package by recorded delivery (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage) to: 61 Church Farm Road, Emmerson Green, Bristol, BS16 7BE
All returned goods will be examined upon receipt. We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 working days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
Your payment for the goods will be refunded by Ahloki® as soon as possible by the original payment method, no later than 30 working days after we have received the goods. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded. In addition to our returns policy you have the right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may also exercise this right if you are able to return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please see the cancellation right section in our terms and conditions.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
